This clever dog did everything possible to save her puppy

Look at this amazing heroine from India. Her baby needed help and she did everything she could to get it. In the photo you can see a stray dog standing right on the sidewalk and barking very loudly.

This behavior grabbed the attention of passersby, who approached the dog to check what had happened. That is when they noticed a tiny puppy near her paws. They quickly realized that the pup needed help and someone from the crowd called a local animal shelter.

Within half an hour volunteers arrived and approached the dog. To everyone`s surprise, she did not growl, but greeted them very friendly, as if she felt these people came to help. The four-legged mother completely trusted the visitors.

When the baby was lifted from the ground, he howled pitifully and continued to cry. Volunteers took the poor thing to the center, where they fed him and treated his wounds. The furry mother did not leave the pup even for a second.

 After a couple of days, the puppy fully recovered. He limped a little at first, but soon he began to run and jump normally.

 We are glad to see that the dog mom was right: the baby needed serious medical aid and she was not able to help him on her own. Luckily, people have listened, and now there is one more healthy dog out there.
