Very often, in certain states of America, there are floods, and people are so used to it.
On one of those days, a man ran into his house to quickly gather his most precious possessions. He was on his way out when he heard crying in the house next door.
Surely he thought he could help, who else could?
As it turned out, it was ten little puppies crying. The man abandoned all his belongings and began to make a raft from a mattress, to quickly take the babies to safety.
The saddest thing about this situation is that the owners left the puppies to die, and they took their things from the house and left. And a complete stranger helped them escape death at their own risk.
How nice to know that there are still people in the world who don’t think only of themselves…
