This kitty raises money for charity in an incredibly fun way
This business cat was found walking the streets when he was about 6 months old. Then he spent some time in a shelter, and then his home became the GuRuStu office. He was taken in to deal with unwanted basement dwellers and various small pests. He was brilliant at it! He quickly became part of the workforce, walking among his fellow humans, jumping on keyboards and sending emails from unsuspecting owners’ computers. But beyond that, it turned out that the kitty had another incredible talent! It was because of this talent that the gifted cat was nicknamed Bankot.
Bankot was tamed by the management of GuRuStu, a marketing company in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
He quickly proved to his co-workers his importance in the team.
One day, Stuart, the company’s manager, discovered that at the front door of the office, money was showing up… money. At least several bills were appearing in that spot every day.
It is unclear how it all began, but it turned out that ordinary passersby played with one-dollar bills with the cat through a crack in the door, and Bankot would catch the bills with his tenacious paw and take them inside.
There are a lot of homeless people to be found around the company’s office, as there are several nonprofit services that provide them with various services.
So it didn’t take long for the guys to figure out where to give the money the nimble Bankot was extracting. They even put up a special notice on the door to encourage more people to give their money to the furry entrepreneur.
People don’t bother the office workers, they just happily play with the cat, giving the money to charity.
Even though Bankot thinks it’s all a fun game, he’s very helpful to underprivileged people. This two-year-old cat has already made as much as $100, and he has no intention of stopping.
