The truck driver found a tiny poor animal hiding under the tire

A truck driver was getting reafy for his shift and checking the car’s tires when he unexpectedly found a tiny creature there. It was aardvark, a rare animal typical to South Africa.

The man searched for his mom around there but the poor creature was alone. So the caring human took him to the car and then contacted to the vet Erika de Jager. She came to help immediately.

The vet was so happy to meet the unusual animal that she would cure for the first time.

Erika was sure that the adorable aardvark would soon be recovered. She made huge efforts and did many experiments to heal him. She started to feed and nurse the minute animal. So the little one gardually gained weight.

When he got to a shelter he became best friends with two sweet dogs there. And gaining companions was something that he needed to be cured emotionally. He was playing and spending all the time with them, even sleeping in their bed. He felt himself a real dog.

After 5 months he was fully recovered and was in good health. He was released to the wild where he would feel comforted and peaceful. But he constantly return to visit his close friends and his lovely rescuers.
