The incredible actor Robin Williams is a well-known personality in the world. He is a talented celebrity and a great person. His kindness and love towards people and also animals were appreciated by everyone. Such a proof was the meeting with a smart gorilla named Koko.
This wonderful monkey had become famous for learning the American Sign Language and communicating with her caretakers — something that other apes couldn’t managed to do before. Besides, the clever animal also understood Spoken English. And the lovely actor was invited to meet her and interact with her. And surprisingly their communication was found to be perfect.
And what was the interesting! The poor gorilla had lost her playmate months ago and when she met the actor she began to mourn about her tragedy. It was really sorrowful. But Robin could calm her and even make her smile. The staff was shocked as they had never seen her laughing before. Koko had felt truely sad and depressed but the meeting with the kind man changed her life.
It was evident that Williams made the nice animal feel comfortable and joyful. They created a sweet relationship from their first meeting. The two became so close to each other and Koko was happy with the man which was really amazing and touching for everyone with them.
When Koko knew about Robin’s death she made a sign of ‘cry’. It was something heartbreaking and stressful for her caretakers to see her in such a sorrowful state. She was really depressed.
Koko was a unique animal. She was friendly and sociable with other animals and people surrounded her. She was aslo known for keeping a pet. She raised a little cat with whom she was so caring and loving. The beautiful picture of Koko cuddling the tiny kitten is one of the miraculous examples of the expression of love and care between two animals.
After living her full life Koko died at 46. She is one of the incredible creatures who will stay in everyones’ memories forever.
