But here is a story about a swan who surprised everyone by hugging a man in gratitude for saving him!
One day, while walking through the Abbotsbury Nature Reserve, TV presenter Richard Wise stumbled upon a swan that was stuck in a fence and could not get out on his own. When the man rescued the bird, as a sign of gratitude, he hugged him with his long, flexible neck and warmly clung to the man.
“This is an undescribable feeling — when a sweet animal unexpectedly trusted you so much!” — stated touched Richard.
