The man stylishly arranged the loggia, there are no dryers and cabinets, but a very chic space
Immediately after buying the apartment, its owner began to make repairs. The perk of this housing was the spacious loggia. The man wanted to make it as stylish as possible, without the usual dryers, cabinets, shelves and other places for cluttering.
As you can see in the photo, this area was unfinished, just huge windows and brick walls. The windows themselves had to be replaced because the builder used substandard glazing.
The floor was poured with a special levelling compound, then put insulation. On the parallel wall, a new window sill was installed.
The walls were not covered with anything. They were painted white, which made the bricks more decorative. The floor was covered with ceramic tiles.
Due to the fact that the walls were painted white, the room became visually larger, as if there was «air» in it. But with all this, the loggia is warm. In this snow-white and beautiful room, you no longer want to put on extra furniture and dryers.
The furniture is «light» and does not clutter the space. This nice bench and table fit perfectly here. Here you want to meet the sunrises with a cup of tea and admire the view.
