The man bought a house to sell in the future, but changed his mind when he found a very interesting surprise there

American John Reynolds bought an abandoned three-room house and decided to resell it later: it was empty for a year after the death of the previous owner. During the absence of the owner, stray cats settled in the house, and also soon the backyard was overgrown with weeds.

The man decided first to repair the house himself, and leave everything else for later. The backyard was always swampy and often filled with water, but John didn’t care.

One day, after a bad weather, a neighbor called him and informed about the terrible condition of the pool in his backyard. John was shocked as he was sure there was no pool in the garden.

It turned out that there is a water tank on the territory, but it was just cleverly hidden. John remembered seeing the edge of the tile there before, but he didn’t pay attention to it. However, after heavy rain, the pool was filled with water, and everything became clear.

John thought that whether he lived here or sold the house, he couldn’t leave this water tank empty. The man started to clean and repair it. After the whole process the pool found out to be in good condition.

Repair and restoration of the structure took 11 months and cost much to the man. So the swimming pool has raised the price of the house, but John doesn’t want to sell it now.

While renovating, John fell in love with this small artificial lake on his property and now swims in it every day with his friends. The man admits that there is no greater value in the yard.
