The lioness gained a second chance to live being rescued from the harsh circus
A 6 years old lioness Sasha was one of the many animals who were saved from the terrible circuses in Guatemala by a wildlife charity. The poor creatures were in horrible conditions. They were kept in cages and were forced to perform in different places all the day without even being fed or cared properly. Sasha was in the most deplorable state. She was both physically and mentally injured. She had hurted her leg because of the cruel treatment of the barbaric trainers. But she never lost her hope to have good life one day.
Sasha was living in an extremely frightening environment. But she had courage and strong will to struggle and she finnaly gained her wish.
After being rescued Sasha was taken to the wildlife center to be operated. Fortunately, everything went well, he leg was healed and soon she recovered faster than anyone could expect. The sweet animal was fully treated and could freely roam in the African Bush.
Due to her powerful will and the rescuers’ kindness the wonderful lioness overcame all the hardships and gained a second chance to feel free in her natural surroundings.
