But despite her sad ordeal, the puppy’s instinct for trust and love has never been far from the surface.
An animal rescuer recently shared heartbreaking footage of the moment she encountered a small dog that got stuck while driving.

The frightened dog is seen running towards her after she stops her car, only to shrink and cry when the girl reaches out to her. The trauma the dog suffered seems to have made her doubt that anyone would treat her well.
But once safe, the little dog soon bloomed, as if to say thank you for making her feel safe enough to be her sweet self again.

How the dog ended up in this dangerous place is never exactly known. But one thing is clear: her future has never looked brighter now.
