«I bambini più ‘nascosti’: come sono gli eredi di Rosie Huntington-Whiteley e Jason Statham?
Kiki is able to stand on her own for the first time thanks to her wheelchair
Sometimes the life of a disabled animal can be really complicated. So they need our help. Luckily, there are kind people ready to step up and help our little brethren in need.
A group called Walkin’ Pets recently helped a baby lamb by giving her a custom wheelchair.
Kiki is a 3.5-month-old lamb. She was born on a farm but after being rejected by her mother Kiki struggled to survive. As a result the lamb was left malnourished and unable to go around on her own.
Happily, Meghan King of the Don’t Forget Us Pet Us Sanctuary in Massachusetts took the lamb in, promising to give Kiki the chance she deserves.
Kiki had spent most of her young life lying down.
They reached out to Walkin’ Pets, asking if they could provide a device to help Kiki finally stand on her own feet.
Surprisingly, they were able to help, providing Kiki with a “lamb wheelchair.” Now the lamb was able to stand without any help for the first time.
Now that Kiki is able to be upright, physiotherapy will be a lot effortless. Obtaining a wheelchair Kiki will make her first step towards standing up on her own feet
While the process of recovery will last long, Kiki’s custodians are very happy and proud with the progress the lamb is making.
