Hunter the dog was betrayed by his owners, and he thought he would never be abandoned

Not long ago Hunter, a black-and-white dog with expressive eyes, had a home and owners, thinking it would always be like this…

But something unexpected happened: his owners decided they didn’t need him anymore and brought him to the Houston Humane Society’s homeless assistance center.

So the six-year-old was abandoned by his owners, but not forsaken by his fate!

When the dog arrived at the doorstep of the shelter, his owners left him there, telling him they no longer wished to care for him.

No, Hunter wasn’t sick or aggressive-the owners simply got a new puppy and explained that the dog didn’t get along with him. Deciding the pet didn’t understand anything, they turned and left. And Hunter… Hunter understood everything without words and sank into a longing!

The first person he met at the shelter was a volunteer named Randi Bertholet.  She was the one who believed the abandoned pet, whose heart was broken.

Evidently Hunter realized that, having survived the betrayal, he could still trust other people.

That’s why the dog came up to Randy, let himself be petted, and tucked himself into her shoulder as if he were crying.

Randy recorded a touching moment of acquaintance on video, which she decided to publish on social networks.

By Randi’s confession, after the interaction with the dog she cried in her own bed all night, thinking about how bad and lonely was the abandoned Hunter.

But then a miracle happened: the video went viral on the Internet, and many people became interested in the dog’s fate. Randi has no doubt that now the dog will find a family and be bathed in the love he so deserves!

The girl is saddened by the fact that Hunter is not the only one who has been treated so cruelly by his owners. Very often people take animals without realizing that they are not toys, but members of the family.

Owners do not realize that a faithful pet is bitter about the loss of the home it recently lived in and the fact that it was abandoned! Betrayed, and no one knows why!

Well, we hope that soon Hunter will find loving owners who will never do to him what the previous owners of this adorable dog did!
