Hero dog saves teenage owner’s life by protecting him from a rattlesnake

The dog is the most loyal friend you can have. They are always ready to protect you, even if it means hurting them.
The hero dog recently proved this, who bravely saved his teenage owner from a snake.
18-year-old Alex has a Labrador retriever named Marley. She first acquired a dog to help her lose weight after a health problem, and they have been best friends ever since.

He told the television that he heard a «big rattle» near his house … and suddenly appeared face to face with a leg and a half-length snake.
Alex says he was scared and was getting ready for a serious snake bite … until the dog came to the rescue.
«But before he could turn around, Marley ran between us,» Alex recalls.

Marley’s courage meant that she was in danger, and the snake bit her twice, on the tongue and neck. Alex hurried to save his dog’s life from the poison.

«Marley just fell to the ground crying in pain,» Alex wrote. «I panicked and took him to the nearest veterinarian, who was very far away.»
«I was so scared and I was trying to stay calm and think fast.»

The dog was taken to a pet hospital 25 miles away and given two vaccines for the venom. He had to spend several days in the hospital.
Luckily Marley survived unscathed and has since been released from the hospital and returned to his very grateful owner.

Marley is a hero. He is the best.
Marley’s surgeries cost Alex a lot of money out of his pocket, but he was happy to pay for it to save his best friend’s life. But, fortunately, the expenses were reimbursed thanks to the donations of the foundation. The fundraising page exceeded its $ 8,000 target.

Marley is a real hero. It just goes to show how loyal and protective dogs can be towards their owners. We are very happy that he is doing well now!
