Courageous people risk their lives to save a drowning giraffe

Many animals are on the verge of extinction, but there are still places where people can live in peace with these wonderful creatures. and when a helpless animal finds itself in a difficult situation, people know it needs help. The same goes for the giraffe cub, which was rescued from drowning.

For unknown reasons, the giraffe cub drowned in the middle of the river due to the strong current of the river. Nevertheless, help came from where it was least expected.

A group of rangers and residents heard a frightened giraffe and rushed to her aid. After a couple of hours, the animal was saved thanks to the heroism of these brave, kind guys. Luckily, one of these lovely people shared some photos of the rescue online for people to show their appreciation.

“Wonderful rescue mission, congratulations to the great wildlife friend Samburu, Mr. Baba, and his team,” wrote the user. Another added: “Wow! What a display of courage and passion for wildlife, our precious heritage.”
According to the International Union, some species of giraffes have recently been declared endangered. Among them is the Masai giraffe. It is a subspecies that roams the lands of Kenya և Tanzania և has decreased to և 40,000 in the last three decades.
