Caring owner finds a solution for her disabled cat to see the world
Some animals can’t walk effortlessly because they have disabilities. But, luckily, there are caring owners who do everything possible to help their pets live their best lives.
Sarge is a 2-year-old cat that has a cerebellar hypoplasia. As a result she can’t walk at all.
Her case is a terrible one. Michelle Donlick, her owner runs the nonprofit Avalo Cat Sanctuary in Aiken, South Carolina.
While the cat can’t get around on her own, Michelle was concerned about her. She wished her lovely pet to travel with her and see the world outside the house.
Looking for a way out, she came across a clear plastic backpack, with some holes. It seemed like the best option for the cat. Michelled decided to give it a try.
As soon as Sarge was properly fixed to her back, Michelle hit the streets, letting the cat see the world she had never seen before. They strolled the beach and even went to a restaurant.
The cat looked delighted. She really enjoyed discovering a whole new world.
The woman is arranging a new remarkable trip out with her cat. She told People that she has obtained more backpacks, so other cats with disabilities can have their own day out. They all will get an opportunity to feel the same positive vibes like Sarge.
