Baby zebra and orphaned rhino became best friends and helped each other to overcome the hardships

The orphaned rhino Daisy and the tiny zebra Modjadji maybe wouldn’t encounter in the wild but their meeting at the Care For Wild Rhino Sanctuary was fateful for them both. They became close friends there.

Daisy was found by rangers in a completely terrible state. She was so feable and helpless. She was just a few hours old and needed care. So the rescuers transphered her to the sanctuary’s intensive care unit. There she was given a huge attenion and treatment. The staff members were feeding her attentively to regulate her immune system and make her feel better.

But Daisy was not the only one in the sanctuary with such a poor state. Modjadji also was found in a horrible situation. She was just a week old but so weak and could hardly breathe. She was also getting a special treatment to become better.

So the two made an incredible bond being together and feeling the same emotions at the center. As they grew older their friendship became stronger. They were together all the time comforting and healing each other.

Modjadji and Daisy are like sisters. They cuddle each other warmly and make one another feel comfortable and protected. The strong connection between them is really wonderful and admirable. We hope they will soon be recovered and meet other rhinos and zebras. But niw they are enjoying life happily together.
