A young homeless dog who thought she had one of her puppies stolen was crying out in pain

A stray dog, a black pit bull, gave birth to a helpless and lonely puppy in the street. She was spotted by Stephanie as she was crossing the street, holding one of the puppies on her mouth. The poor dog obviously wanted someone to help her, but didn’t know how. Stephanie quickly called rescuers and explained the situation to them.

The team went to the place where the mother dog was hidden.

It was not far from Stephanie’s house. The team found the stray dog and her pups under a bush by the wall. She curled around her newborn pups, showing rescuers her back. The young mother was scared and didn’t seem to trust people who really wanted to help her.

She growled every time someone tried to approach her. The kind mother was willing to do anything to protect her babies.

The rescuers worked very carefully, and soon they were able to get the dog on a leash. They continued to talk to her affectionately while they carried the whole family into the crates. They went to a local veterinary clinic and left the young mother and her 6 pups there.

It was a safe, clean place where they were protected and cared for by kind people. The team workers promised the kind-hearted Stephanie to keep in touch with her.

The young mother still looked frightened. She stopped being hostile as soon as the rescuers gave her a warm and comfortable towel where she could sleep with her pups.

Now her reaction changed as she realized that these people only wanted to help her. She became calm and friendly. The rescuers named young mom Jade and her pups after gemstones: Ruby, Diamond, Topaz, Emerald, Amber and Amethyst.

All night long, the young mother couldn’t calm down; something was bothering her. The next morning, Stephanie called rescuers and told them she had given one of the puppies to a neighbor.

The poor little dog cried the entire time she was separated from her family. It was a mistake, and the puppy was returned. This puppy was named Turquoise.

Now the whole family was together. They have to stay there for 8 weeks, after which they may be ready for adoption.

The young mother and her 7 little ones were happy, safe and healthy thanks to the efforts of good people.
