A young family bought an old house in the village and rebuilt it

It is always difficult for a young family to buy their own house. Real estate prices are rising, and there are not many opportunities to make money. Mortgages can take many years to pay off, so couples are looking for alternatives.

A Polish couple decided to leave the city for the countryside to buy a house. Property prices in the countryside are lower, and there are cottages the couple can afford. The house came with a plot of 10 acres. The house was dilapidated, in need of repair.

The newlyweds proceeded to repair and decided to create their own corner.

The interior of the house was boring, the couple wanted to bring in newness, make it original.

The guys decided to change everything. They found a designer and began the renovation. They did a lot of the work themselves, but for serious work they brought in professionals.

The repair lasted for two years. The couple managed not only to buy the house without loans, but also to put it in order by just working and saving for repairs.

Now the house looks neat and nice, it was painted, the roof was repaired, it was covered with slate, the floors were re-laid, the walls were plastered and the wiring was replaced.

The couple also took care of the amenities — they dug a well on the property so there would be water.

It turned out just great!
