In December 2019, Hannah Rowntree decided to volunteer at an animal shelter. She could not believe her eyes when she saw a familiar furry face!

Three years prior, her beloved cat named Spanky got lost. The girl tried her best to find him, but all in vain. She was devasted by the loss and cried her eyes out. And now, after so many years, she finally met her beloved pet!

At first, she froze. She thought she was imagining things. But no, it was actually him!

And Spanky recognized his human too!

The very same day Hannah took home the cat she missed so much. Turned out, he was adopted by another family, but they returned the boy because he would not catch mice.

This time Spunky was chipped so that he does not disappear again.
