A kind teenager rescues orphaned squirrels during a hurricane evacuation

Last month, when Hurricane Ida hit New Orleans, 15-year-old Bailey Villavason and his family were forced to move out of the city.
But even in her trial, Vilavason found time to reach out to a few small souls whose lives were turned upside down by a powerful storm.
It all started when she noticed a nest on the ground.

Due to the strength of the storm, the squirrel’s nest fell from the tree to the grass. There were three squirrels inside, but their mother was nowhere to be seen.
The girl was in a hurry to help. She ran home, took a box and a towel.
She dried the squirrels with a towel and put them in a box, the squirrels were in such a miserable state, huddled to warm themselves, But the kind-hearted girl man did more than just bring them out of the cold.

The girl turned to a family member who is a veterinarian to find out how she can feed small animals.
And with that, the young lady officially became the adopted mother of squirrels, and they seemed to know it.
