A cat pulled out from the rubble of a Russian bombing raid found a home near the Ukrainian government

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been going on for almost two months. Our hearts continue to sympathize with all the Ukrainians who suffered from the war.

The cat, now pulled out from under the rubble of a ruined Ukrainian city, is becoming a symbol of hope after finding a beautiful new home.

It is reported that after the attack on Borodyanka, they found an alive, but slightly burned and shabby cat.

“This cat… barely survived,” wrote Anton, an adviser to Ukraine’s interior minister. «He was pulled out from under the broken concrete blocks.»
Anton said they hoped «his people also survived», but it’s not clear if they were able to identify the owners.

But the cat is now well cared for by the Ukrainian government.
«Now he lives in the Ministry of Internal Affairs,» the cat is «fed, bathed and loved.»

Not only that, but the cat is part of the official government team. «Of course, he will take part in all the important meetings.»
This is good news in all sorrow and destruction. For many, the story of the cat — its incredible survival and eventual victory — symbolizes Ukraine.
