The most faithful friend: an abandoned dog has been waiting outside an apartment building for three years

Much has already been written and told about the loyalty of dogs.

This dog’s name is Hay and he comes every day, morning and evening, to the house where he used to live with his owner. Apparently the animal just can’t believe the betrayal of his friend and still hopes to meet him.

At first there were tenants who were afraid of the dog, they complained to the authorities and asked him to be captured along with all the strays. But there were also those who protected it and fed it regularly.

«We gave meat or other food that we bought specifically for Hay. The dog became a bond between us neighbors who otherwise wouldn’t talk to each other,» Wang said.

Residents built a small tent on a bamboo thicket on a small island so the dog could rest there. They also brought food to him there.

It is also said that Hay never clashed with other dogs and never touched children. A very intelligent, sensitive and gentle dog.

«This dog is very loyal. For three whole years she’s been waiting for her owner since he left. She never thought of leaving this place or finding a new owner. She hopes that one day the previous owner will come back for her,» said one of the girls looking after the dog.

In 2019, Hay’s «guardians» even raised money to show him to a vet. The vet treated the dog, removing any parasites on his body.

Now locals are looking for a new owner for the dog.
