A cat became a foster mom for little squirrels

When the forest rangers began planned felling of old trees at the historical and cultural park, they found a hollow in one of them with several squirrels in it. Where their mother had gone, it was not clear. But it was clear that the babies must be rescued. They would not be able to take care of themselves.

The squirrels were taken to the local zoo, which was located in the park. However, what to do with the squeaking babies there did not know. But here one of the employees remembered that they had recently calved a cat.

The cat accepted the squirrels. Although at first she could not understand what kind of strange kittens she had. But soon she began to lick them. The zoological garden staff was happy about it. Fortunately, everything turned out as well as possible.

The squirrels are growing by leaps and bounds. They found a common language not only with their adoptive mother, but also with their «half» brothers and sisters, the little kittens. All the kids have fun playing and mischief.

Since the mother cat did not have enough milk for all her babies, the staff of the zoo fed them from a bottle during the day and night.

The head of the historical and cultural park says that the found babies will not be left without supervision. They will definitely be nursed and released. And then, apparently, they will stay in the park.
