The sweet donkey was overjoyed after being rescued from the flood

It was a huge flood in Ireland and a woman called an animal shelter for help. Her donkey had went out from the barn and was lost because its door was damaged due to the heavy rains and flooding.

The poor creatures eventually was found the next day by a member of a rowing club and was safely transported to the shelter. He was stuck in the river and couldn’t come out of it. And the kind person named Mike managed to pull him out with the help of the shelter’s rescue members.

The sweet animal was overjoyed. He was finally saved and felt joyful so that he couldn help smiling during the time he was rescued and transported to the center.

He spent in the shelter to get some treatment for preventing pneumonia. The vet also atated that he had a small bit of fluid in his lung which could be easily recovered. He was warm and comfortable untill his stall was repaired.

Due to the caring people the lovely animal was saved and protected. It was really wonderful to see his emotions of thankfulness and happiness.
