A Enormous 40-ton humpback whale was caught on camera jumping completely out of the water

Humpback whales are not just big animals. The average weight of an adult whale is about 36,000 kilograms, so it’s safe to say that these ocean dwellers are huge.

The eyewitness was especially surprised by the fact that the whale, not a bit worried about its enormous size, several times completely jumped out of the water, because such a sight is really a great rarity.

A diver managed to videotape a huge female whale that leaped entirely out of the water. Usually these animals don’t pull their entire bodies away from the water, but this one jumped like a dolphin.

Craig Capehart, an amateur photographer from the United States who enjoys diving and underwater photography, published on his YouTube channel a video of humpback whales playing near the South African Republic, near the town of Mbotyi, South Africa. This is a popular spot among eco-tourists and scuba divers in particular. He believes that the whale weighs about 40 tons.
