«I bambini più ‘nascosti’: come sono gli eredi di Rosie Huntington-Whiteley e Jason Statham?
The kind woman changed her house to a nursing home for the old shelter dogs not to die alone
Every single animal needs special attention and love regardless their age or state. They need to be in a warm atmosphere even when there is little time left for them. So there are kind people to emphasize them making their life wonderful.
A woman named Valerie is one of them. She made her home a sancruary where she keeps and looks after senior shelter dogs giving them love and affection in their final moments. She did this incredible act after her own experience of learning what problems have the old pets.
Years ago she tried to search for a proper shelter for her Dad’s aged Doberman as her father died. But she couldn’t find any place for him. Every rescue center refuse to home the poor dog because of his age. So finally she found a foster home in a farm which was focused especially on keeping the senior dogs. And he spent his final year there in a happy way. This was an inspitation for Valerie to open her own shelter for these miserable animals to stay their last time.
The woman and her husband bought 3000 square feet house with many rooms for elder animals and established a huge center in 2017. Since that they housed about 790 dogs. They lived their last days in peace and comfort. Now the staff is taking care of about 80 dogs. Each week they accept five old creatures and just as many pass away. Though it is a sorrowful fact, their death is common.
But Valerie and her team do their beat to provide these poor creatures with lovinh and warm place. They are really attentive and caring towards them. We are so thankful to the kind woman for her amazing act. We need many people like her in our world.
