The photographer made inchredible shoot of the «Queen of Elephants»
The wildlife photographer Will Burrard-Lucas had unforgettable memories by taking the phenomenal pics of the «Queen of elephants» AKA F_MU1 in Tsavo, Kenya in her last years of life.
While the man was invited this area to photograph the elephants there on the scope of one project, he was informed about the majestic Queen. He was excited to meet her.
After some days of searching he found F_MU1. The moment was really astonishing for the man. She appeared from the bushes with her graceful manner. She was so skinny and old but looked extremely elegant and powerful. She was like an artefact from the ancient era.
They spent the whole day together. The magnificent animal led the group the river where she used to have bath. The man was delighted. It was a great experience for him to encounter and picture this unique creature.
Unfortunately, she died weeks after Burrard-Lucas photographed her. But thankfully these pics commemorates her.
Her long and prospering life became a vivid example of serious work and effort that the wildlife services put to protect these wonderful animals in Kenya.
The wildlife photographer claims that being with this glorious and rare creature was truely a stunning moment that he will never forget.
