«I bambini più ‘nascosti’: come sono gli eredi di Rosie Huntington-Whiteley e Jason Statham?
Couple Adopts 17-Year-Old Dog From Shelter, He Survived Long Enough To Meet Human Sister
These pair are the animal heroes who donate blankets to their shelters in the winter to help provide some comfort and warmth to dogs that do not have a family.
But after an animal-guided tour, they came home with extra things to donate blankets and accessories.
The couple made eye contact with a dog with a sad appearance and could not leave him.
«I saw this gray-faced, thin dog and I said to my husband. «I was not going to leave that old man to die in a cage.»
«The dog made our lives very whole.»
«She loved to dance with us and be with us. During the year, it was harder for her to climb stairs and walk, so my husband took her up the stairs every night so she could sleep next to us. Instead of walking, we sat outside under the sun.»
«A special family should open its heart and home to an animal that they can only have in their lives for a short time.» «We do our best to make the animals as comfortable as possible in our care, but we know that this can never replace an eternal home.»
When Betty found out she was pregnant, she was overjoyed and said today that the older she gets, the more delicate Rocky is with her. She was a huge support system for Maryland’s expectant mother.
When Betty was 7 months pregnant, the dog’s health began to deteriorate, and they were told that their beloved older dog might have a tumor.
The day Beth and Michael brought their new baby girl home, Rocky sniffed her and put his head near hers but his health was failing and the couple knew it was time to let their precious hound go.
“I called a vet and that night, he went peacefully with his family by him,” Beth told today. “We loved him more than words can describe and we still have a very hard time adjusting to him not being here.”
The Clarks believe that Rocky held on to meet his new human sister.
You are truly amazing living heroes. Thank you for adopting the dog and rejoicing in his last years and loved ones.
