Faithful dog refuses to leave late owner’s side at her funeral

Animals are usually more emotionally intelilgent than we think. They build warm relationships with their keepers.

So when an owner dies, it can seriously impact their pet. Dogs appear to comprehend the demise of their loved ones.

Like one dog, who refused to leave his owner’s side even after her dying.

Maria Isabel Benites Chamba, a 95-year-old Ecuadorian woman, died a month ago. So her relatives and friends gathered to bid farewell — and so did her little loyal dog.

Bumer still insisted on being next to her till the end.

Everyone in attendance was touched, and inspired, by the dog’s endless loyalty and affection for his owner.

As the service finished and Maria was brought to her last resting place, Bumer still wanted to be next to her.

The casket was put in a funeral car as the family got ready for a funeral procession to the graveyard. Bumer instantly jumped into the car.

The soul-crushing look of the animal’s distress moved people online. We’re absolutely sure that Maria’s family members were touched, too. Fortunately, they are now take charge of Bumer.
