There are numerous animals that are endangered in our world. Such rare animals are New Guinea singing dogs which were lost for over a half century. But recently this ancient breed was captured in the wild.

There were only a few of these unique creatures in captivity and noticing them in the forests of Indonesia was a shock for the reseachers. These incredible species of dog is famous for the peculiar melodic way of barking.

During the expedition 15 such rare dogs were spotted near a gold mine. Then two years later the researching team returned to gather DNA samples and GPS data for comparing them with the singing dogs in captivation. And it became clear that there is 70% similarity. It means that they are close reated.

New Guinea dogs are really unique and amazing animals. They are exotic and special for their sound peculiarity. Losing them will be a huge mistake for the humanity so we should protect them.
