Stepan’s fame started 2 years ago when his pictures and videos were just published on Instagram and Tik Tok. he now has over one million followers on both platforms, people follow him no doubt knowing that this cat will always make them smile.
Stepan is curious and funny, he likes to take poses for photos. Recently, Stepan’s life and daily life had to change, as he and his family live in Ukraine.

When the Russian invasion of Ukraine began, all the followers were worried about the safety of Stepan and his family, because he could not be active on social networks, however, people hoped that everything was fine with their beloved cat and he was safe.

«We spent several nights without light in the basement,» the cat family said. «Then we managed to leave the city. Kharkiv volunteers helped us by taking us to the train station. We boarded a train from Kharkiv to Lviv (we arrived in Lviv in 20 hours). Then we went to the border with Poland. There were many people (4 to 5 thousand). «9 hours later we crossed the border.»
Unfortunately, the war reached the threshold of the cat family, they knew they could not stay. Shelter, but they could not leave without their cat. Fortunately, they were able to travel safely. The family is now in France and hopes that eventually, they can return to Ukraine.
«In Poland, we were offered help from the World Association of Bloggers in Monaco,» the family wrote. «They helped us get to France, waiting for the very day we could return home. «We are very concerned for our relatives in Ukraine. We will do our best to help our country.»
