The ignored tiger cub became unrecognisable

Vicky Keahey, the head of an animal center, found Aasha in a dramatic condition. The sick and skeletal tiger cub was 9 months old but weighed only 30 pounds.

The woman was worried about the miserable animal. She wanted to find out how could the tiger be so small at such age. It became clear that the poor creature was a member of a travelling circus. And as she was kept with other bigger animals, she couldn’t eat properly. Besides, she had a skin infection, and the lack of good care made the cub’s state even worse.

Vicky firmly decided to help Aasha. She was transported to an isolated cage and the woman was visiting her every day for feeding and nursing her with great attention. She gave her all the medication for comlpete recovery.

After 8 months Aasha became healthy and fine. Her skin was recuperated and her state changed fully.

Now she looks like a real tiger. She is truely unrecognisable!
