The homeless woman refused to go to a shelter as she didn’t want to leave her dogs
The 65-year-old woman named Chole was noticed on the streets of Mexico living in a huge black plastic bag. It became clear that in that big garbage bag she protected also 6 stray dogs who were her best companions.
Though her life was so difficult and hursh she caredabout these animals as they gave her unconditional love and friendship.
The police workers were persuading her to go to a shelter but she firmly refused not wanting to leave her dogs alone as they weren’t allowed to stay there with her.
She stated that she was fine on the street and she didn’t want to abandon her faithful companions. They had only each other in the world.
Finally the officers convinced her to stay in a shelter just a day. And after that a kind woman began to help her learning about her terrible condition. She gave Chole cloths, food and other goods and also warned people to do the same.
The poor woman was so happy and thankful for this help. Now she lives at a shelter for 50 pesos a day. There are bad conditions but still the woman is with her furry family.
Despite the life is so cruel to her Chole is kind and good-natured woman. She hopes to get a place from the government to house more stray dogs.
