Photographer took incredible photoes of sperm whales sleeping vertically

A skillful photographer cought some remarkable pictures of 10 sperm whales who were sleeping vertically.

These creatures who are percieved to be very communicative were dozing for about 25 minutes at that time.

Such way of acting was first revealed in 2008 and then it was discovered that this short nap takes place only 7 persent of their life.

Maybe in this position they can operate the sonar in their head to discern the coming threat.

The photographer was fortunate to encouter such a wonderful scene and was honoured to show this rare moment.
