Steve Great deserves his surname »Great» as he is a man with a big heart. He devoted his life to helping small and miserable creatures. This volunteer has been picks and takes the animals who were abandoned due to age or weakness. Steve has 10 dogs, one pig, two ducks, pigeons and cats.
The man’s life changed because of a tragedy: his beloved dog died and he went to an animal shelter. He found there an old dog, who was sitting sorrowfully. The owners betrayed him, they decided that he was too old, and the others also did not want to take because of his age.
Steve decided that the dog, who has devoted his whole life to people, deserves a good old age, a warm home, delicious food and love! So he took the dog to his place.
From that day on, the man thought a lot about how many such old creatures no one needs. Then he turned his home into a shelter for abandoned animals. In addition to dogs, he got pig, unnecessary for the owners, pigeon, chicken and turkey, rabbits.
Also, the man gave shelter for several pets with disabilities.
Steve’s wakes up at 5 am — as the animals need to be fed with special food, because all pets require good care. All pets are already aged, they do not play active games and like to take a nap.
Every day the man walks all the pets.
In his house, every pet bears the old age in love and care. Steve’s act inspires helping animals. Real Human!
