The harpy eagle looks so huge, as a human in a costume

There are some epic pictures of a huge and peculiar soul spread on websites. People hesitate if it is a bird, a human being in a suit or a weird beast from fiction.
But when gazing thoroughly it becomes clear that in fact this is a huge fowl — harpy eagle.

This awesome eagle is the most sizeable and strongest bird in the world. The enormous fowl weighs to 20 pounds and its wingspan reaches over than 7 feet.
Its name has raised on social media, when one Reddit user showed some photos with the unusual bird a short time ago.

Unfortunately, nowadays this sort is in danger. Because of human hand, mostly by deforestation, the amount of harpy eagle has drastically reduced.

There are less than 50,000 members left in the woods, most of them living in the Brazilia. Here it achieved a name that is deserving of its fame – the royal-hawk.
